姚美煥,女,博士,高級實驗師,碩士生導師,中國化學會會員,國家自然科學基金面上項目和青年項目通訊評審專家,ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering、Lubrication Science等雜志的審稿人。

功能材料的合成及其相關性能的研究
主要負責的大型儀器及功能介紹:
1.圓二色光譜儀
功能介紹:英國應用光物理公司生產(chǎn)的型號為Chirascan的圓二色光譜儀通過測量生物大分子的圓二色性得到生物大分子的結(jié)構(gòu)信息,是簡便、快捷、靈敏的研究生物大分子、手性化合物等物質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu)和相互作用的手段之一。主要應用于蛋白質(zhì)折疊﹑蛋白質(zhì)構(gòu)象,天然有機化合物與立體有機化學、手性化合物等相關研究。
檢測項目:液體樣品的圓二色光譜,可實現(xiàn)波長掃描和時間掃描等多種掃描方式。
2.熒光分光光度計
功能介紹:日立公司生產(chǎn)的F-7100型分光光度計可測定熒光、磷光或發(fā)光。廣泛應用于化學、環(huán)境以及生命科學等眾多領域。
檢測項目:液體樣品的波長掃描、時間掃描、三維掃描和三維時間掃描。
3.紫外可見分光光度計
功能介紹:安捷倫公司生產(chǎn)的Cary100為經(jīng)典的雙光束紫外可見分光光度計,該儀器可做各種常規(guī)測量,包括:吸光度、透射率和濃度的測量。
檢測項目:液體樣品的全波長掃描,動力學測試和標準曲線。
