2010年09月~2016年05月:在軍事醫(yī)學(xué)研究院生物工程研究所完成碩博課題; 2016年06月:獲首都師范大學(xué)遺傳學(xué)博士學(xué)位; 2016年12月~2018年11月:河南師范大學(xué)生物學(xué)流動(dòng)站在站博士后; 2018年12月~至今:河南師范大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院講師、碩士生導(dǎo)師。 主持河南省重點(diǎn)研發(fā)與推廣專項(xiàng)(科技攻關(guān))、河南省高等學(xué)校重點(diǎn)科研項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃、河南省博士后啟動(dòng)基金及河南師范大學(xué)博士科研啟動(dòng)基金等;參與國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金和“973”等國(guó)家級(jí)項(xiàng)目。主講本科生《分子生物學(xué)》、《食品化學(xué)》等專業(yè)必修課程。指導(dǎo)本科生參加全國(guó)大學(xué)生生命科學(xué)競(jìng)賽暨河南省大學(xué)生生命科學(xué)競(jìng)賽,獲國(guó)家二/三等獎(jiǎng)、河南省一/二等獎(jiǎng),并獲“優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師”稱號(hào)。目前指導(dǎo)2名在讀碩士研究生。在FASEB J,BMC GENOMICS,iScience,F(xiàn)ront. Genet.,Biochem. Biophys. Res. Commun.,PeerJ,Mol. Biol.等SCI期刊和中文核心期刊發(fā)表科研論文30余篇。 |

表觀遺傳學(xué),研究方向?yàn)槿S基因組的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能。 研究?jī)?nèi)容:(1)細(xì)胞周期表觀遺傳信息傳遞;(2)利用再生模型和肝病模型,通過(guò)多組學(xué)的整合分析解析肝再生及肝纖維化等表觀調(diào)控機(jī)制,尋找肝病的生物標(biāo)志物及靶點(diǎn)藥物。研究技術(shù)/方法包括但不限于Chromatin Conformation Capture(Hi-C)、(sc)ATAC-seq、ChIP-seq、(sc)CUT&Tag(Run)、HiCuT、Hi-TrAC、(sc)RNA-seq等。 |
