          個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介:

              博士,副教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。2004-2008年就讀于華南理工大學(xué)食品質(zhì)量與安全專業(yè);2008-2013年就讀于華南理工大學(xué)制糖工程專業(yè),獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2014年1月到河南師范大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院工作至今。2016-2017年以訪問學(xué)者身份在芬蘭赫爾辛基大學(xué)食品衛(wèi)生與環(huán)境健康系學(xué)習(xí)。先后主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、河南省自然科學(xué)基金、河南省青年人才托舉工程項(xiàng)目等8項(xiàng)。在Applied and Environmental Microbiology、International Journal of Food Microbiology、Food Research International等期刊發(fā)表論文30余篇。

          研究領(lǐng)域:

          食品微生物污染與控制。主要的研究方向包括1、食源性致病菌生物被膜形成機(jī)制;2、食源性致病菌對(duì)環(huán)境壓力的應(yīng)激反應(yīng);3、食源性致病菌的快速檢測(cè)。
