王蘭,女,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。國(guó)家肺纖維化生物學(xué)過(guò)程及防控學(xué)科創(chuàng)新引智基地(111計(jì)劃)秘書(shū),河南省器官纖維化杰出外籍科學(xué)家工作室負(fù)責(zé)人,中國(guó)生物物理學(xué)會(huì)表型組分會(huì)委員,河南省生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng),河南省藥學(xué)會(huì)中藥資源委員會(huì)委員,河南省藥學(xué)會(huì)天然產(chǎn)物委員會(huì)委員,國(guó)際期刊《Fibrosis》副主編。主要從事肺纖維化生物標(biāo)志物和甲狀腺激素調(diào)控肺纖維化的代謝穩(wěn)態(tài)研究。 2011年6月博士畢業(yè)于韓國(guó)江原大學(xué)醫(yī)生命學(xué)院,獲得生物醫(yī)學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2006.10-2007.10間,作為訪問(wèn)學(xué)者到丹麥哥本哈根大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院合作研究,2016.7-2017.7 在美國(guó)華盛頓州立大學(xué)藥學(xué)院訪問(wèn)學(xué)者,主要從事端粒酶基因的表觀遺傳調(diào)控研究, 2017.12--2019.08,復(fù)旦大學(xué)生科院訪問(wèn)研究,主要從事多組學(xué)解析疾病機(jī)理研究。目前主持及參與國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)專項(xiàng)、國(guó)家自然基金、河南省重點(diǎn)研發(fā)專項(xiàng)、河南省國(guó)際科技合作項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家虛擬仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)一流課程、河南省優(yōu)質(zhì)資源課-雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)示范課等項(xiàng)目10余項(xiàng),在Am J Respir Crit Care Med 、Molecular & CellularProteomics等國(guó)際期刊發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文40余篇,發(fā)明授權(quán)國(guó)家專利2項(xiàng),受理3項(xiàng),主編《肺纖維化小鼠模型構(gòu)建,診斷及治療》、參編《生物化學(xué)》等教材6部。 |
