孔祥會 博士 教授 博導
孔祥會,博士,二級教授,博士生導師。水產(chǎn)動物疾病控制河南省工程實驗室主任,河南省學術技術帶頭人,河南省科技創(chuàng)新杰出青年,河南省高校創(chuàng)新人才,水產(chǎn)一級學科帶頭人,水產(chǎn)博士學位授權點帶頭人,河南省創(chuàng)新型科技團隊帶頭人。獲河南省先進工作者,河南省優(yōu)秀黨員,河南省職業(yè)道德建設先進個人,河南師范大學首屆校園十大育人楷模等稱號?,F(xiàn)為中國水產(chǎn)學會理事,中國魚類學會理事,河南省水產(chǎn)學會秘書長。2004年獲廈門大學博士學位;2007年中科院水生所生物學博士后流動站完成博士后研究;2009-2010年在美國University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)留學。
孔祥會教授長期以來從事水產(chǎn)動物免疫和疾病防控、免疫組學解析、疫苗研發(fā)和藥物創(chuàng)新等研究,并取得重要研究成果。主持國家自然科學基金3項,主持國家863項目子課題、河南省科技創(chuàng)新杰出青年計劃和河南省重點科技攻關項目等20余項;參與完成國家自然科學基金重點項目、國家973項目子課題、國家“藍色糧倉”重點專項等。在Aquaculture, Vaccine, Fish Shellfish Immun, J Fish Dis,中國科學和科學通報等重要學術刊物上發(fā)表學術論文160余篇,其中SCI源期刊收錄論文80余篇。出版學術專著3部,授權國家發(fā)明專利5項,獲河南省科技獎勵3項。
▊已取得的創(chuàng)新性成果
孔祥會教授創(chuàng)新性成果及科學發(fā)現(xiàn)主要有:(1)采用分子免疫學、免疫組學和生物信息學等技術方法,系統(tǒng)研究了病原感染后水產(chǎn)動物免疫響應模式、信號調(diào)控通路及其免疫調(diào)節(jié)機制。學術成果發(fā)表在Aquaculture、Fish & Shellfish Immunology等期刊發(fā)表。此外,還分別研究了抗菌肽、抗氧化酶、溶菌酶等不同的天然免疫相關基因及其對病原體的響應。(2)系統(tǒng)研究了水產(chǎn)動物重要病原的生物學和流行病學,弄清病原與機體互作、入侵致病過程及其致病機制,為疾病防控提供指導。取得的重要學術成果已在Aquaculture、Journal of fish disease等期刊發(fā)表上發(fā)表。(3)水產(chǎn)動物疫苗研發(fā)和疫苗導入技術。針對重要致病病原,研究和制備高效的滅活疫苗、弱毒疫苗和亞單位疫苗。取得的重要成果已在Vaccine、Fish & Shellfish Immunology等期刊發(fā)表;團隊自行研發(fā)的超聲波和高滲食鹽輔助浸浴法高效疫苗導入技術,對小規(guī)格魚種免疫有獨到優(yōu)勢,已推廣應用2000余畝,獲得較好的經(jīng)濟效益和生態(tài)效益。(4)新型綠色漁藥創(chuàng)制。利用代謝組學篩選水產(chǎn)動物小分子代謝物,作為漁藥增效劑,以大幅減量漁藥使用。研發(fā)適用于水產(chǎn)動物的中草藥制劑和免疫增加劑,以增強機體免疫,預防疾病的發(fā)生。
