          楊清香,河南省洛陽(yáng)市人,19886月參加工作,博士, 教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,校特聘教授,河南師范大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院微生物學(xué)學(xué)科帶頭人,教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃”獲得者,河南省杰出創(chuàng)新青年計(jì)劃獲得者,河南省杰出創(chuàng)新人才計(jì)劃獲得者,河南省教育廳學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人,中國(guó)生態(tài)學(xué)會(huì)微生物生態(tài)專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員。國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金的通訊評(píng)審專家,國(guó)際多家SCI期刊評(píng)審專家,河南省“師德標(biāo)兵”獲得者,河南省“五一”勞動(dòng)獎(jiǎng)?wù)芦@得者。主講本科生的《微生物學(xué) 》、《環(huán)境微生物學(xué)》等課程;研究生的《現(xiàn)代微生物學(xué)進(jìn)展》、《環(huán)境工程微生物學(xué)》、《微生物生態(tài)學(xué)》等課程。


















          研究領(lǐng)域:

          主要從事資源微生物、環(huán)境微生物及微生物應(yīng)用工程研究,率先在國(guó)內(nèi)開(kāi)展酵母菌廢水處理技術(shù)研究,首次發(fā)現(xiàn)酵母菌中能產(chǎn)生錳依賴過(guò)氧化物酶,突破常規(guī)的生物強(qiáng)化理念,研發(fā)處理印染廢水的高效真菌脫色技術(shù)和難降解廢水的深度處理技術(shù),并在多家企業(yè)得以應(yīng)用;率先在國(guó)內(nèi)開(kāi)展抗生素對(duì)土壤環(huán)境微生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及機(jī)制研究,系統(tǒng)闡明了四環(huán)素類抗生素污染對(duì)小麥生長(zhǎng)和小麥根際微生物生態(tài)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的影響及劑量效應(yīng)關(guān)系,該領(lǐng)域的研究走在了國(guó)際前沿;較早在國(guó)內(nèi)開(kāi)展污水處理系統(tǒng)與微生物群落的進(jìn)化機(jī)制研究,利用各種環(huán)境分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)闡明了多種不同污水處理系統(tǒng)中的微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)、功能以及種群定向進(jìn)化過(guò)程。
