馮精蘭,1979年11月生，河南新鄉(xiāng)人，河南師范大學(xué)校特聘教授，博士生導(dǎo)師。先后榮獲河南省高等學(xué)校青年骨干教師、河南省教育廳學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人、河南省高等學(xué)?？萍紕?chuàng)新人才等榮譽稱號。
